About 808 Home Mortgage:
We are a full-service mortgage broker with the ability to service loans through many Lenders/Banks
locally. The benefit of working through us rather than directly with a Lender is our ability to shop for
the best program available, instead of being unhappy with what one bank is offering then having to
start the process again with another. Also we work with Lender's wholesale departments, so we
have more flexibility with their mortgage interest rates and points.
Some of the banks we partner with include: Central Pacific Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, First Hawaiian Bank, CitiMortgage, Washington Mutual, Met Life Home Loans, Finance Factors, Northstar, Security National, and more, with a majority having local underwriting here in Hawaii.
These lenders visit our offices regularly, so clients can feel confident that they will get the best
programs available since several banks are competing for your business through us.
"Hawaii’s Mortgage Guy” is a trade name registered with the DCCA, owned by Pete Castillejos, and used solely for
marketing purposes. All mortgage loan applications will be processed through 808 Home Mortgage, Inc. where
