My fiance and I had home owner experience on the mainland, but once we moved to Hawaii, we
were unfamiliar with leaseholds, fee simple and other unique Hawaiian real estate
considerations. Also, we had complications of credit restoration and current and previous

I highly recommend Pete Castillejos because Pete is an outstanding person. He is charismatic, a

Pete recently helped a friend of mine refinance his mortgage. Hawaii's Mortgage Guy was
extremely patient and helpful with much needed tips on how to improve credit scores. After a lot of
effort and red tape with the credit bureaus my friend's credit score improved a few hundred points
and he was able to qualify for a great rate! This may not be a typical case, especially if you're not
