My fiance and I had home owner experience on the mainland, but once we moved to Hawaii, we
were unfamiliar with leaseholds, fee simple and other unique Hawaiian real estate
considerations. Also, we had complications of credit restoration and current and previous
employment as well as self employment status. We had also heard many people complain that

Pete a respectable Loan Officer. Especially at the current state of the mortgage industry, it is very
